This policy explains how apimodels.app, operated by PIXLUME LLC, a company registered in the United States ("we", "us"), collects, uses and protects your information. By using the Service you agree to the practices described here.
Account information: when you sign in with Google, your name, email address and profile picture; when you sign in with Alipay, your Alipay user ID, nickname and avatar. The IP address you registered from and the one you last signed in from. Where you first arrived from: the referring site, landing page, campaign (UTM) tags and ad click IDs, kept in your browser and saved to your account when you sign up. Usage data: a record of every API call, with the model, the request parameters (including prompts and input links), the result or its link, token counts, credits charged, status, timestamps and the API key used. Content you submit: uploaded files, generated outputs, and voice samples or reference portraits you save for reuse. Payment information: order amount, payment method and status; if you turn on auto top-up, the Stripe customer and saved-payment-method references; for USDT payments, the transaction details on the blockchain. Full card and account credentials are handled by Stripe, PayPal or Alipay and are not stored by us. Your choice about receiving product emails.
To provide and maintain the Service, run model calls, bill and reconcile, show your call history, prevent abuse and fraud (including limiting the trial credit to one new account per IP address), provide support, improve reliability, understand which pages and campaigns bring new users, and — where you consent or the law permits — send service notices and product announcements.
To fulfil a request, your inputs are sent to an upstream provider that runs the model: the model’s maker or another API provider serving the same model. Prompts and images submitted in the website’s live playground are first screened by an automated content check, which may send them to an AI model provider. When you save a portrait as a reusable Seedance character, the image is registered in ByteDance’s asset library (BytePlus / Volcano Engine). Generated media is stored on Cloudflare R2 and served via links; some upstream result links are time‑limited, so we re‑host them within their validity window. Please avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive personal data in inputs.
We share data with third parties only as needed to provide the Service: model makers and upstream API providers (to run inference and content checks); payment processors Stripe, PayPal and Alipay; Google and Alipay (sign-in); Cloudflare (R2 media storage and the Turnstile bot check on the sign-in page); Vercel (website hosting); the cloud servers that host our database and task workers; and Resend (email delivery). These parties process data under their own privacy policies. We do not sell your personal information.
Generated results and files you upload are deleted automatically after 30 days; media we fetch from a link you supply, only to pass it to a model, is deleted after 3 days. Voice samples and character portraits you save are kept with your account; you can ask us to delete them at support@apimodels.app. API call records, including prompts and other request parameters, are kept with your account, with no automatic deletion at present; records older than 30 days are also copied to a storage archive, and archive copies are deleted after one year. Account and billing records are kept for the life of the account and as long as the law requires. You may request account deletion at support@apimodels.app, and we will delete the associated personal data to the extent permitted by law; archive copies are removed when they reach one year.
We use the cookies and local storage the site needs: your sign-in session, your language choice, and the record of where you first arrived from (described above). The sign-in page loads Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots. We do not use advertising trackers.
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data, including encryption in transit and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, so keep your API keys and credentials safe.
To call the relevant models and services, your data may be transferred to and processed in different countries/regions. By using the Service you understand and consent to such cross‑border processing.
Subject to applicable law, you may access, correct or delete your personal data and object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact support@apimodels.app.
The Service is not directed to minors under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
We may update this policy from time to time; material changes will be announced on‑site or by email, and the effective date above updated.
