This policy explains how apimodels.app collects, uses and protects your information. By using the Service you agree to the practices described here.
Account information (e.g. email, login identifiers); usage data (API call records, model names, timestamps, credits consumed, logs for troubleshooting); content you submit (prompts and uploaded image/audio/video inputs, plus generated outputs); payment information (order amount and status — full card/payment credentials are handled by Stripe/Alipay and not stored by us).
To provide and maintain the Service, execute model calls, bill and reconcile, prevent abuse and fraud, provide support, improve reliability, and — where you consent or the law permits — send service notices and product announcements.
To fulfil your request, your inputs are forwarded to the relevant third‑party model provider for inference. Generated media is stored on Cloudflare R2 and served via links; some upstream result links are time‑limited, so we re‑host them within their validity window. Please avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive personal data in inputs.
We share data with third parties only as needed to provide the Service: model providers (to run inference), payment processors Stripe and Alipay (to handle payments), Cloudflare R2 (media storage) and Resend (email delivery). These parties process data under their own privacy policies. We do not sell your personal information.
Account and billing records are retained for the life of the account and as required by law. Call logs are kept for troubleshooting and reconciliation. Temporary uploaded files are deleted per their retention policy (typically a few days). You may request account deletion, and we will delete associated personal data to the extent permitted by law.
We use necessary cookies / local storage to maintain your login session and core functionality. We do not rely on third‑party advertising trackers.
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data, including encryption in transit and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, so keep your API keys and credentials safe.
To call the relevant models and services, your data may be transferred to and processed in different countries/regions. By using the Service you understand and consent to such cross‑border processing.
Subject to applicable law, you may access, correct or delete your personal data and object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact support@apimodels.app.
The Service is not directed to minors under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
We may update this policy from time to time; material changes will be announced on‑site or by email, and the effective date above updated.
