Welcome to apimodels.app. By accessing or using the Service you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
apimodels.app ("the Platform", "we", "us") provides a unified AI model API aggregation service: a single endpoint and API key to call third‑party image, video, large‑language and audio models. The underlying models are provided by their respective third‑party providers, who control their output quality, availability and behavior.
You must register an account and keep your API key secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account and key. Do not share, expose, or hard‑code keys in public code; rotate immediately in the Console if a key is leaked. We may suspend accounts where we reasonably suspect abuse, fraud or security risk.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including generating or distributing content that infringes others’ rights, is illegal, fraudulent, malware, child sexual content, non‑consensual deepfakes of real people, harassment or hate; circumventing upstream model safety controls; or violating the usage policies of the upstream model providers you call. You are responsible for the inputs you submit and the outputs you generate, and must hold the necessary rights.
The Service is pay‑as‑you‑go, settled in USD credits; Alipay charges the CNY equivalent at the order‑time exchange rate. As a rule you are billed only for successful requests; failed tasks are not charged. Consumed credits are non‑refundable. Purchased credits are generally non‑refundable to the extent permitted by law; for duplicate charges or billing errors, contact support@apimodels.app and we will review. Prices may change with upstream costs — the figures shown on the site and Console govern.
The Platform depends on third‑party model providers and on payment (Stripe, Alipay) and storage (Cloudflare R2) services. When using a given model you must also comply with that provider’s terms. We are not liable for interruptions or changes to third‑party services or for their outputs.
To the extent permitted by applicable law and upstream provider terms, you retain your rights in the inputs you submit and the outputs you generate; the Platform’s website, documentation, code and brand are owned by us. You may not scrape, reverse‑engineer or resell the Platform service itself without written permission.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non‑infringement. AI‑generated content may be inaccurate or inappropriate; you must review and verify before use.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages; our aggregate liability is in all cases capped at the amount you paid to the Platform in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be announced on‑site or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
